Topic: Problem upgrading from 6.16.2 to 6.18

I recently upgraded Recorder 6.16.2 to 6.18. I did this on a Windows xp machine as I couldn’t get it to run on my Windows 7 machine. Now when I try and open Recorder on my machine I get an unhandled error message. It will open up fine on the machine I ran the upgrade on. How do I get it working on my Windows 7 work station?

Sorry for the delay on this one - it slipped through the net while I was on holiday. .  On the machine which isn't working try running Recorder as adminstrator.  Do this by right clicking on the icon and choose run as Administrator.  If it works then try closing it and running in the normal way. If this doesn't work, then try running the upgrade again on the Windows 7 machine, but run the upgrade as Administrator.
