Topic: More fields available to Report Wizard

I would like the following fields available to the Report Wizard:

* Surveyor's Reference

* Is there any way of linking the biotope records in a sample to the taxon occurrences, i.e. so the taxon occurrences include a column for habitat (in the report) - I tried via a query in Access and it times out before completing the report!

The surveyors reference should now be available (Taxon/Observations/Obs Surveyors Ref.) This might be one that was fixed in 6.18, but not sure.

It should  be possible to get the habitat out for the taxon occurrence in a report.  I think it can be done with a couple of additions to the tables, if there is only one habitat on a sample. Problem is going to be that an occurrence can have multiple habitats and covering this will requirea UDF to concatenate these.

Thanks Mike, I missed the 'Obs' prefix when I searched for the field.

I think the habitat one will definitely need a concatenation to allow for multiple habitats, especially as the import routine can create this even when not intended (see my bug report)
