Topic: Error creating new Location

When I try to create a new site after entering the minimal information (just name, spatial reference and type), I get the error message that there are some locations within 2km of the square. Clicking on No results in the following unhandled error

If I then click on Continue Application, I then find that there is some Geo Information already entered (such as Administrative Area and Grid References), even removing those does not help.

I have tried revalidating the database and it has reported no errors. How do I resolve this issue?

I suspect the last  key table.    The last key addin should  fix it if this is the problem, but you need to be sure that the problem isn't a sympton of something else -  ie. has anything been done to your system via the backend, for example changing the site id or adding locations ?   The addin may be already installed, in which case it is in the the tools menu. It should  also be on the install dvd, but I also attach it. Unzip the file somehere convenient then use tools/addin modules/install.

Many thanks that has solved the problem - it reported 16 entries updated. I don't know how it got into a bad state, as all data imports have been via Recorder.
