You can't amend the contents of this list, though I am aware that Recorder users on the continent are interested in converting the list to a 'term list' to make it extensible. You can, however, simply type your own entries in, but the field is currently limited to 4 characters so your example gets cut off as 'Sqn '. A note for Sarah - this would be a very simple change to increate the field size as required.
