Topic: Dictionary Upgrades

Hi,

I'm just getting started with Recorder so apologies if this is covered in the Help or elsewhere on the forum. I appear to have dictionary version Y with my copy of Recorder , do I need to install both the "Z,10" and "11,12,13,14" or would the latter cover the species added in the Z,10 upgrade?

Recorder 6 users need to run all the dictionary upgrades and the dictionary upgrade kit has been written to ensure they do. Hence it won’t run "00000011,12,13,14" unless "0000000Z,10" have been run, but you can put all 6 scripts in the Scripts folder and just do one run of the kit. This is explained in the internal Help provided your system isn’t blocking its use – see the Dictionary Upgrades link on the opening page.
