Topic: Upgrading Dictionary

I am using Recorder v 6.16.2 and Dictionary Version O but have been unable to upgrade to later versions of the dictionary
There are two problems.
1. After downloading upgrade kit v 4  to My Docs/downloads and extracting the files when opening dict upgrade .exe the message " a different upgrade is required to upgrade your version of Recorder.
2. The Scripts folder contains Q, R and S ini and zip files but what has happened to file for P upgrade?
Any help to progress will be appreciated.

The new kit only includes from Q up. So you would need  to download P from the Recorder website and unzip it into the scripts folder. However to save you the trouble I have attached it here.

Thanks Mike. I have now extracted P.zip and run dict upgrade.exe. I was surprised to see that I now have all species dictionaries to T on my computer. If this is OK I will rebuild the taxon groups and download species dict upgrades for U, V, and W.

Up to 000010 (X,Y,Z,10) are available. There is no point in rebuilding any indexes until you have done all the  upgrades. They can all be done together just make sure they are in the scripts folder.
