Is there a way to remove the common names from the display in the Observations window? Or at least to re-order so that the scientific names come first with the common names in brackets? I work mostly with bryophytes and lichens and find the common names more a hindrance than a help.

If you go to Tools, Options and on the General Tab take the tick out of Use Common Names. Click OK.
