I've just re installed Recorder 6, done all the updates and transfered the data from Recorder 2002 and now I can't log in. Last time this happened running the database update again cured the problem. The update to the latest version is rather more lengthy. Do I have to run it again to fix the problem or is there something else I'm missing?

Just reading through the forum and came across the full edit problem. I did notice this mention concerning Full Edit in the error message.

Exception occurred in application Recorder at 20/03/2007 12:09:30.

Thanks to Sally Rankin for sorting out this for me. The message being convert then upgarde rather than upgrade then convert.
