I have an Indicia site working, but attempting to get it working with Drupal.  With a few warnings but no errors it is passing the checks, but attempting to add the the page from the example is giving the following message. I have checked a few things, but so far only succeded in making it worse. At this stage I am just trying to get  something working to prove that there is nothing in my set up which will prevent  it ever doing so.   

Fatal error: require() [function.require]: Failed opening required '../../client_helpers/data_entry_helper.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/lfieldco/public_html/BSWG.org.uk/includes/common.inc(1731) : eval()'d code on line 6

Yes I have the PHP filter enabled. The example I am refering to is in the tutorial. The php code in this example which tests the configuration works, with no errors but with some warnings. I expect I should  investigate these
