Do the OS Map Tiles 1:50,000 show county boundaries (I don't yet have the tiles) ?
I have just checked my local map tile – SU68 – and it contains the county boundaries between Oxfordshire and Berkshire/Buckinghamshire. Just bear in mind that the map tile CDs from the NBN were produced in 2002 so they may be a little out of date. If you need up to date boundaries it may be possible to import them from someone with a GIS. Vice county boundaries are also available from the NBN: http://www.nbn.org.uk/Tools-Resources/Recording-Resources/Mapping.aspx
