EOleexception...Jet database engine could not find the object ' '

I know this error is covered on a separate post but we're getting it when logging on to the domain under a specific account only then running an import (regardless of who's logged in to Recorder).

I'm assuming it's a domain/account issue as the import completes successfully when other users are logged on to the workstation (regardless of who's logged in to Recorder).

I've not uncovered anything different about this user's account and am stumped so just thought I'd see if anyone else has come across a similar scenario?

I've noticed that when the import works the default selection at the 'checklist to use for search' stage is BIRDS... whereas this field is populated with 'all preferred lists' when the import fails. Don't know what difference that makes but I am clutching at straws.
