There are two ways of doing this depending on the complexity of the data.

You can  have one column for each Count Of (Qualifier ) fields. For example if the data is 2 Female   and 1 Male then you need a column named Female in which you put the data of 2 and column named Male in which you put the value 1. When you do the import you  match the column types  by going to more options then Taxon_Occurrence_Data - you can expand this out to find the appropriate qualifier/units.  This will create Taxon_Occurrence_data entries for the chosen qualifier/units.

If you have simple qualifiers  (ie no spaces) then you can have a column called Abundance with the data/qualfiers which will be parsed. So for example 2 Female,1 Male  will be parsed and produce the same result as two separate columns.
