Re: Problem starting Recorder
We have just had a computer upgrade - this was our Linux server, so I wasn't expecting any Recorder issues, however, now ALL our copies of Recorder have the same problem.
On starting Recorder for the first time - it says "Updating Recorder Settings" then gets the error message:
An error occurred whilst starting the application.
EOIeException: Cannot open database "NBNData" requested by the login. The login failed
I have tried accessing the Recorder database through the Access database and this was fine, as was direct via the SQL Server Management Tools - I don't know what settings need correcting .... HELP!
