The R2002 transfer populates a zipped Access database which it then imports into Recorder 6. It looks like the application can't  write to this Access database. This is most likely  some  sort of permissions issue, but it is difficult to know just what needs to be done. If it is an option you could  try running the transfer on a standalone installation of R6 and then detaching the database and attaching it to the network instance of SQL Sever 2005.
