I have uploaded a batch update file at http://forums.nbn.org.uk/uploads.php?fi … rences.xml which adds a literature reference to a group of records held in a csv file. This can be useful if a paper is published quoting records already existing in Recorder. First, in the report wizard, you would select the group of records making sure that the Obs Key field is included in the report and then export that report output to an excel file. Open the Excel file, change "Obs Key" to "Taxon_occurrence_key" and save as a csv file. Then using the info tool, identify the 16 character Recorder key for the literature reference. Now use the batch update file, point to the csv file and paste in the key for that literature reference and all the records will be tagged in Sources with that literature reference.
