This is yet another inconsistent problem.

In the import wizard when matching observer names, if I drag a name from the Names and Addresses window, sometimes (often the second time) the dragged name is added to totally the wrong line of the import (not just the adjacent, which could be poor mouse control, but usually over a screen full away)

This is very annoying because it almost always over-writes an existing 'correct' entry!
