I've been trying to add a shapefile to a base map using Map - Add Boundary - Import and keep getting an error message:

Access violation at address 0094F46E in module 'RecorderApp.exe'. Read of address 00000030.

Can anyone let me know what's going wrong?

Hi Bob,

Can you please provide a few more details for this one as I've not been able to reproduce it.?  Does the issue occur when trying to import  any shape file or is it just one in particular?  If you have several polygon layers setup does this issue occur when importing into any of them?  Have you been able to successfully import a boundary in the past?

Also what version of Recorder are you using?
