Topic: NBNExchange Addin New version (6:30)

Hi,

We have just tried using the NBN Atlas Exporter - LC 6.30 to export data from Recorder6 and get the following error:

'Request Support - Process is failing when executing INSERT INTO ##nbn_exchange-export(nbn_key,table_name)values ('CI00023300000003',BIOTOPE_OCCURRENCE');'

If we press OK, the same will appear for a different key.  Once through all the error messages, no data is exported. 

Can anyone help with this?

Looking further into this I found that the NBN Exchange Addin we had previously been using was not first deleted from the Addins folder and the new install was not done directly from the Addins folder as the location of this was not known by the IT technician.  We have since tried to install the most recent version again by first uninstalling all versions and removing the ocx files from the Addins folder.  We also removed a file named NBNExchangeAddinNu.dll.

We now get the attached errors.  Answering 'Yes' to the first one.

We have 3 users who all access the same copy of the database via a VPN.
