Topic: NBN Atlas slow and unresponsive

The NBN Atlas is experiencing heavy usage at the moment and is slow and unresponsive.

We apologise for the inconvenience it is causing and we are monitoring the server.

Although there is nothing immediate we can do, I can confirm the third party we engaged to improve performance and stability have almost finished their work and we will thoroughly test it before we switch it on. We are aiming for this to be done by the end of the week.

We will post further updates when we have them. Thank you for your ongoing patience and understanding.
