John Morris in JNCC used to issue new code numbers for adding more taxa to the species dictionary. He retired in 2015. Has anyone taken over that role, please?

Maybe so few of us are using Recorder 3 and exports between copies of R3 are so rare these days that we no longer need to maintain a standard species dictionary.
