I'm getting the error when trying to view records

An error has occurred
Error: unknown
Failed to get json from web service (https://records-ws.nbnatlas.org/occurre … 588b9f18e8). class java.net.SocketTimeoutException Read timed out, java.net.SocketTimeoutException: Read timed out; nested exception is java.net.SocketTimeoutException: Read timed out

Hi Charlie,
Thank you for letting us know. We have had some problems with the SOLR index in the last couple of days, possibly related to processing records.  It seems better today. I am sorry for any inconvenience.
