Topic: Verification 5 - all working except Query button

Hi,

Everything in my verification 5 forms works except the Query button which gives these errors:

Warning: Illegal string offset 'key' in VerificationHelper::doesUserSeeNotifications() (line 100 of /var/www/www.the-eis.com/citizenscience/sites/all/modules/iform/client_helpers/VerificationHelper.php).

Notice: Undefined offset: 0 in iform_report_selector::get_region_term() (line 400 of /var/www/www.the-eis.com/citizenscience/sites/all/modules/iform/client_helpers/prebuilt_forms/report_selector.php).

Has anyone else come across this and/or solved it?
