What's the situation with the Help files in R6?

Help > Help and Help > Context Sensitive F1 return a blank page with the message "This program cannot display the webpage....."

Help > Online Help seems to work OK. Presumably we just use the online Help from now on?

There was a post a while back about chm files - I wonder if this is the same problem.
