This is a 'chunter' from our volunteers which have all been used to using Recorder3.
It is also a recurring point from other users who aren't used to the system.

Once they have put a record into the system through a data entry screen its 'hellish difficult' to find it again.

In R3 it was just a matter of scrolling back through the database or finding the record number that was a simple integer.

I can see why they find it a strain. I do as well, sometimes and it would be a nice facility, but I can understand why it might be difficult to implement.

Perhaps a compromise is a multiple filter window where you can find records with multiple criteria in a oner.

(If this has already been implemented in r6.13 then fine; just another argument for an upgrade sooner rather than later).
