I'm finding that multiple identical Events are being created during import from a spreadsheet.
Each of these Events has its own (identical) Sample and each may contain one or more taxon occurrences.
Obviously I would want them all to be processed into a single Event under a single Sample since that's where they all belong, rather than having to move the taxon occurrences afterwards and delete the (now empty) Samples and Events.
Is this process determined by the sequence of the records in the originating spreadsheet, that is, should I sort the spreadsheet by Date, Location, Recorder & Sample type before performing the import?
