I have been down-loading plant species lists for sites and find that a few species (small percentage) are picking up the wrong family name. For example, all grasses are picking up Poaceae but Elder Sambucus nigra is being assigned to Adoxaceae! This happens with whatever route I choose to output the data (wizard or quick report).
I'm sure I have always rebuild the four index tables, in order, after upgrades. I have just upgraded from 0000003F to 0000003T (perhaps solving the issue) but have found that the problem is the same now (e.g. as above) as it was before the upgrade.
