Topic: unhandled error following most recent dictionary upgrade

Hello

Following running the latest dictionary upgrade, which seamed to work ok, when we went to rebuild the index and an error message came up. Has anyone else reported a problem with this?

Hi

The index updates should not be affected by a Dictionary upgrade, even if the upgrade goes wrong. Was it the first Index (Taxon Name Index ?) and what was the message.  Have you done any restores which may have got the software and database out of step ?

Hello Mike

It was the second Index that gave us the problem. It appears to have sorted itself out now. The message was something about not enough room on the NBN server, I think, its is no longer giving the error.
We haven't done any restores, although we did have a power surge the other night that has effected our servers, phones, etc.
