Topic: Blue Screen

We are having a strange problem where occasionally when Recorder 6 is opened on workstations (not the machine where the Server program is installed) Windows blue screens and has to restart.  However, after reboot, Recorder will then open normally.  Any idea why this is happening?

Our problem continues to persist!  I've attached a dump file from one of the crashes, can anyone advise?

The dump indicates that the problem is with memory which the system is trying to use which is not available.   The file involved is ntoskml.exe.   I appreciate this doesn't solve the problem, but help towards finding a solution.
