Topic: Cannot submit Indicia page

We  have followed this guide on the NBN forums to install and set up the Indicia modules to Drupal:  Forum topic id 6244.

We have been given the option to add an Indicia Page to our Drupal site, but the form breaks when submitting (500 error). Could this be due to there being no options for the "Form Selection > Select form"? (Attached) None of the form categories are populating. Perhaps we are missing something in either the iform or indicia_features folders?

In "Configuration > IForm > Settings" (via the Drupal admin menu) we have selected the following:

Settings:
Indicia warehouse: BRC Test Warehouse (other warehouse details: Warehouse URL: URL GeoServer URL: URL:8080/geoserver/)
Indicia Website ID: [Id]
Password: [Password]
List of Spatial or Grid ref systems: British national grid

Additional settings:
Master species checklist: Bees

When we save these above settings we get no error.

The following modules have also been installed to Drupal: Indicia AJAX proxy, Indicia forms, Indicia quick start, Explore records.

I hope this is all OK. Cardiff should hopefully be in reply to us very soon with regards to your questions on their research.

Hi

Your attachment is missing but it is fair to say if there are no options in the form selection then something is wrong with the installation.
Have you got the client_helpers downloaded and installed in your iform/client_helpers folder correctly? 
It should have a directory listing like the following.

Also check the Drupal error log at admin/reports/dblog for clues.
