Topic: Unacceptably slow performance
The Gateway this morning was so slow (and no, it was not my connection) that using it was next to impossible.
Now things seem to have freed up. That is no consolation - I have spent some 30 min of my day trying to get information that I should have had in less than 3 minutes.
Would you please sort out the problems of speed and down-time that have been far too frequent in the past few weeks?
