When importing new records, a duplication error keeps occurring.  However the data is new and does not exist within the database.  When you look at the data that it claims is the duplicate record already on the system, the record is an entirely different record, held in a different survey, for a different date, for a different observer etc.

Anyone got any idea what is going on with this?
