This morning we seem to have an issue with images not being uploaded to SEWBReCORD. The file seems to upload normally, but upon hitting submit the following error appears:

An error occurred when the data was submitted.

submit ok but file transfer failed
The file is not one of the allowed types.

Images have never been a problem previously, and I've not made any changes to the code on the website. Any thoughts on the cause and solution would be gratefully received.
