A looping error report (list index out of bounds - click continue, error happens again) seems to occur when you have duplicate (that is a duplicated short name) measurement qualifiers. Deleting/merging the duplicate seems to have fixed the problem. Only seems to occur when the duplicate is used in the import file i.e. Recorder 6 says "there is more than one option for".
