Hi, my copy of Recorder is missing entries in the Taxon_List_Item table. I'm trying to add a local status for our wildlife sites indicator species but the batch update that assigns a CSV of TLIKs to a designation is failing with the following error message:

The INSERT statement conflicted with the FOREIGN KEY constraint "FK_TAXON_DESIGNATION_TAXONLIST_ITEM". The conflict occurred in database "NBNData", table "dbo.TAXON_LIST_ITEM, column "TAXON_LIST_ITEM_KEY"

The csv of TLIKs includes 'NHMSYS0000456661' the preferred TLIK for Bromus commutatus and 'NHMSYS0000459280' the preferred TLIK for Helictotrichon pubescens, however when I check my Taxon_List_Item table neither are present.

Does this indicate a failed dictionary update at some point and how do I put things right?
