Topic: Indicia to Recorder addin

Hi all,

I have been advised to use the Indicia to Recorder addin to import records in an appropriate format from our Indicia recording website to our Recorder 6 database. I installed the addin successfully (according to a message in Recorder), but the addin is not visible under the "tools" menu as promised in the documentation http://indicia-docs.readthedocs.org/en/ … r%20addin.

Does anyone know what may have gone wrong?

Does the addin actually appear in your list of installed addins?

Is that the list in the addins folder on the server? if so, yes.

Well, three and a bit years later I have managed to install the addin successfully, but I am now struggling to configure it! I have obtained the shared app secret, but do not know how to obtain a Site ID - Step 5 here; https://indicia-docs.readthedocs.io/en/ … rder.html. Do i have this already, or can anyone provide any clues as to how to obtain it?
