Topic: Recorder 6 launching from local server over Citrix
I work for Hampshire County Council IT and we currently have a problem with our install of Recorder 6. We have Recorder (v6.22.2.274) installed locally on a server (Windows 2008 R2) and publish access to it to users via Citrix (XenApp 6.5). Recorder works fine over Citrix and users have no problems, however, the local install on the server will not launch.
I have attached the error.txt file that is produced when trying to launch Recorder. Is this something that you can help with?
The error we get, as in the attached log, is:
exception message : The Object Sheet File Path setting is missing or incorrect. Recorder is not installed properly and cannot start.
Can anyone advise please what options we have for resolving this problem?
