The NBN Forum and NBN Gateway interactive map Tool are two different systems with different login accounts so you may not necessarily have set up the same login details for the each.
If you are having problems logging in to the NBN Gateway to use the Interactive Map then clicking on can't access your account link allows you to reset your password or remind you of your username
