Topic: Importing occurrences - hanging on "Preparing to upload."

I'm trying to import some occurences via the warehouse and want the samples created by the import process to have a parent sample which already exists. In my CSV I've matched a column containing the already-existing-sample-key to "sample parent" however when I hit import, it hangs on "Preparing to upload."

What am I doing wrong?

Hi

That is not something I have ever tried but we can have a look in the logs for errors if you can say whether it was warehouse1.incdicia.org.uk or testwarehouse.indicia.org.uk that you were working with and on what date and time you were trying to do this.

Easy to find. In the PHP error log it says

PHP Fatal error:  Class 'Parent_Model' not found in D:\web sites\warehouse1\content\system\libraries\ORM.php on line 82

This suggests to me that you are not doing anything wrong and there is something to be fixed in the code. John is the best person to investigate this if he can make time.
