We are currently experiences problems with posting new topics in General Announcements. After clicking on submit topic the topic does not always  reload. It appears that the topics are being saved, so please do not submit the topic for a second time. Check by going to new posts to see if your topics is there. The reason for this problem is being investigated. There does not seem to be a problem with replying to a topics or in any other section of the forum.
