Topic: upgrade issue and import wizard problem

I have recently tried to upgrade a networked version of Recorder 6 from 6.18.1 to the current version, but immediately I did so I got an "unhandled error" message. Recorder appears to have run the upgrade to 6.22.2, but trying to rebuild the taxon index throws up another "unhandled error" message, as does trying to import data.

does anyone know what might be causing this? Recorder system check throws up no issues.

Hi all,

I am still struggling with this issue, and am unable to update our database as a result. Can anyone help, or have any suggestions as to where I can get help as my volunteer cannot do any work until this is resolved.

You might have more luck if you post a copy of the bug report produced following the error
