Topic: Missing records from All Records/verification page
Hi,
I have come across something strange with the reports on my Indicia site. I added a record last week using my personal account which is set to prefer recording within the CEDaR LRC boundary. When I viewed the All Records report with this account, I could only see a total of 12 records whereas there should be over 16k records in that report. Coincidentally, those 12 records don't show up in the All Records report when I view it from my admin account (or any other account I've tried). They also don't appear in the Verification report on iRecord.
I removed the CEDaR LRC boundary preference from my personal account and immediately all 16k records showed (minus the 12 which originally showed). Having reinstated the CEDaR LRC boundary preference, the 16k records still show but not the 12.
I have taken a look for the 12 records in the community warehouse and they appear to be there with nothing jumping out to show they are somehow different.
I've absolutely no idea what is going on and why these records aren't showing. I've added an image of the records to show their record IDs.
Anyone have any ideas?
