Re: Display Unchecked Records error

I'm getting a new error when using the 'Display Unchecked Records' add-in. I know that there are around 1200 records currently unchecked - is this too many for the add-in to handle?

Re: Display Unchecked Records error

Hi Dave

Are you receiving this error when you try to run the addin or when trying to display (expand) the filtered records?

I have managed to use the addin to filter down to 81,479 unchecked occurrences, however this took a while and I am having problems expanding the filtered surveys displayed (I get an error message but it isn't the one you posted).

Also can I double check the version you are using? (I'm guessing it's the most recent but just to be certain)

Kind regards,

Re: Display Unchecked Records error

The error occurs when trying to run the addin. It gets as far as opening the hierarchy window if it is not already open, but then does not apply the filter, giving the exception posted above.

Re: Display Unchecked Records error

It would appear that this is an intermittent problem, and I cannot as yet find any pattern to it. I also now know that when it appears not to have worked, The fully hierarchy is displayed, but checked Taxon Occurrences are not shown, only unchecked ones.
