Topic: Request for early warning for Gateway maintenance and updates

Is it possible to request for any Gateway maintenance and updates date to be posted on the forum?
As our report now depending on the data feeds from the gateway.

Hi, We apologise for the complete lack of notice for that accompanied this update but we uncovered a few issues with some of the underlying servers behind the Gateway which took a longer than expected to resolve. In the future we will always attempt to forewarn users of any scheduled downtime, and hopefully any changes that may affect users, but unfortunately it was impossible to predict this change having such an affect this time.

Once again we do apologise for the downtime and we are working to improve the system, if you encounter problems in the future we will also endeavour to keep status.nbn.org.uk up to date with any potential issues that may be occurring.
