We recently had one of our PCs exchanged. After some work we got Recorder back up and running after running the update to version required as admin (I was given the admin rights) on the PC. However when the actual PC user tried it failed and we had to run it again with her as admin. Now when I log in here I now get the exception message : Error accessing the OLE registry error as if it needs the upgrade run with me as admin again. As we not going to do this, as there seems a good chance the PC user will then be back to square one, I need to discover why this is happening and how it can be avoided. I can log on to any of the other PCs and use Recorder without a problem. As this PC is next to mine it's the one I use to run big jobs while I get on with stuff on my PC.
