I have Recorder 6.10.4
I haven't used it for a while since computer crash, and now can't remember how to install it
There are two questions at installation process, I believe one is project name and the other, a password or something.
I simply cannot remember what details I used before.
I am happy to provide any information in order to verify that I have attained this softwar legally.
I have the disk, plastic pocket and cover sheet in my hand .... this is so frustrating.
Can you help me please? Would be so grateful.

Jeanette, you need to contact your reseller to obtain a copy of your Site ID and verification code. These would have been provided on an accompanying letter when you purchased the software, but if you've lost the bit of paper (easy to do!), your reseller should be able to resend a copy easily enough.
