As a data provider i am set up to receive notifications for downloads.

Since the 10th Feb. i have received 171 notifications of downloads from the same account. Each of these downloads is "for personal interest" and species specific. Otherwise it has no filters in place so i can only assume that every download is for every data-set at a national level.

The address is an Italian host and the name is made up of "eee.spamm", which i can't but help think is less than legit.
