As I understand it, NBN and GBIF are partners.
Run a search on the GBIF site for "software" and a whole bunch of interesting utilities crop up, including a few for recording species-occurrences.
Adit is there, as is the NBN Record cleaner.
No sign of Recorder 6 or MapMate - can someone tell them please?
