Topic: Display Unchecked problem

I have just tried using the 'Display Unchecked Records' to show all the records with 'Zero Abundance' with the other two option not ticked.

This does display the Zero Abundance records but it also displays a variety of other records including, but not limited to:
1) Records with determination set to invalid
2) records with no abundance data whatsoever, but by no means all of these, only a selection!

Any ideas why

Re: Display Unchecked problem

Have you looked in the taxon occurrence table to see if the zero abundance flag is set correctly for the observations that shouldn’t have been listed? Years ago there was a problem that meant this flag didn’t get set correctly but I think Mike has a batch update that will correct it. ZERO_ABUNDANCE on an observation’s entry in the TAXON_OCCURRENCE table should be set to True if DATA is 0 (zero) on all its entries in TAXON_OCCURRENCE_DATA.

Hi Sally,

That's it, it is incorrect data in the ZERO_ABUNDANCE field, could you point me to Mike's batch update
