I have just installed Recorder workstation on a PC (v6.10.4.120), it works fine but when I exit I get the following Windows error message:

RecorderApp.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close.
[Debug] - [Send Error Report] - [Don't Send]

Any ideas what is causing this problem?
