Topic: Pink squares

Hello,

I've been getting pink squares with red crosses in the corner appearing on the map every time I search for a species. I left it for a day then tried to use it again but it has remained the same.

Is there anything that can be done about it? Thanks!

Hello

Over the Christmas and New Year period there was an issue with the performance of the NBN Gateway,  especially the interactive mapper resulting in the appearance of pink squares on the map. The cause of this issue appears to be the result of problems with one of the databases. This is currently being looked into. We apologise for the inconvenience this caused over the Christmas period.

I am getting the same pink squares when trying to search for a species on the interactive map.
